Daily wagers' wait

About 100 daily wage earners wait in the morning near rail under bridge at Teliyar Ganj for prospective employers of the day. Not sure if all of them would be getting picked up. Are they the most disadvantaged of the unorganised sector of labour market? Cant say. I feel they must be earning around 2 to 2.5k a month. Is there a path from their position to middle class? May be. But one ought to have middle class qualities of thrift and saving even with such small earning, I suppose.
